Confidentiality
Our emails, and any files attached to them, are intended only for the people or organisations they are addressed to. They may contain information that is confidential or legally privileged.
If an email reached you by mistake
Please let us know by replying to the sender or emailing info@thinktechsystems.co.uk, then delete the email and any copies. Please do not use, copy, forward or act on anything in it.
Emails are not contracts
Unless an email clearly says otherwise, it does not create a contract, change an existing agreement or commit us to anything. Quotations and agreements are confirmed separately in writing.
Payments and bank details
We will never change our bank details by email alone. If you receive an email that appears to come from us asking you to pay a different account, call us on 07702 861711 before you pay anything.
Viruses and security
We scan our email for viruses and malicious content, but we cannot guarantee that an email or attachment is free from them. Please use up to date security software and check attachments before you open them. As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage caused by viruses, or by emails being intercepted or altered in transit.
Monitoring
Emails sent to and from ThinkTech Systems Limited may be monitored and recorded to protect our systems, to meet our legal obligations and for other lawful business purposes.
Personal data
We handle any personal data in our emails in line with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy at thinktechsystems.co.uk/privacy.
