Terms of Service

The terms that apply to this website and to the services we provide.

Last updated: 29 July 2026.

Who we are

ThinkTech Systems Ltd is an IT and digital consultancy based in Hertfordshire, working with businesses across Essex, London and the wider UK. In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean ThinkTech Systems Ltd, and 'you' means the person or business using this website or our services.

Using this website

This website is provided for information about our services. You may use it for your own business purposes and to contact us. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage it or interrupt it for others.

We take care to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error free. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer or formal advice, and any prices shown are indicative until we have quoted for your specific requirements.

Our services

Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, statement of work or service schedule. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

Managed services run on a rolling basis with the notice period set out in your agreement. Project work is scoped, quoted and agreed before we start.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your agreement or quotation. Unless we have agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days. Where invoices remain unpaid after we have given you notice, we may suspend services.

Third-party costs such as software licences, hardware and domain registrations are passed on at cost unless your agreement says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

So that we can do the job properly, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate information and reasonable access to your systems and premises
  • Hold the licences you need for the software we support
  • Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any suspected security incident
  • Nominate someone who can make decisions and approve work

Intellectual property

All content, branding and design on this website belong to ThinkTech Systems Ltd unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.

For work we build for you, ownership of the finished deliverables passes to you once you have paid for them in full. Your domain, your content and your hosting accounts remain yours throughout. We keep ownership of our own tools, libraries and general know-how, and we license them to you as part of your deliverables.

Third-party services

Some services depend on third parties, such as Microsoft, Cloudflare, Vercel and telecoms carriers. We choose our suppliers carefully and manage them on your behalf, but we are not responsible for outages or platform changes that are outside our control.

Availability

We aim to keep this website and our services available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we will give notice where it is reasonable to do so. Response and resolution targets for support are set out in your service agreement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the amount set out in your agreement with us, or where no amount is stated, the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

This website is provided for business use. We do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here.

Confidentiality and data protection

We treat your information as confidential and use it only to deliver your services. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Ending our agreement

Either of us may end the agreement in line with the notice period set out in it. On termination we will help you move your services to another provider on reasonable commercial terms, and we will hand over the credentials, content and code that belong to you once your account is settled.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
