Common questions

Will our email and files be available during a migration?
Yes. We sync your mailboxes and files in the background first, then do the final cutover out of hours or over a weekend so nobody loses access during the working day. Most people arrive on the Monday to find their email, Teams and files already in place, with a short note from us on anything that has moved.
How do you decide which Microsoft 365 licences we actually need?
We look at how each person works rather than putting everyone on the same plan. Someone who only needs email and Office costs far less than someone who needs Teams Phone, advanced security or compliance tools, and we mix the licence types to match. We review this at your quarterly check so you are not paying for features nobody uses.
Can you set up Microsoft 365 so staff are not constantly typing MFA codes?
Yes. We use Conditional Access so trusted devices in the office or on known networks are challenged less often, while risky sign-ins from new locations get the full check. Combined with the Microsoft Authenticator app and number matching, it keeps accounts secure without people reaching for their phone every few minutes.
