A survey app built for the site, not the office
A mobile survey app that lets site teams record inspections, photos and measurements on a phone or tablet, then sync them back to the office.

The challenge
Site teams were still recording inspections on paper and rekeying them at the office in the evening. Photos lived on personal phones, measurements got copied across by hand, and reports went out a day or two late.
Half the sites had no signal, so anything cloud-only was useless. The firm needed a tool that worked in a muddy field with no bars and still kept everything in one place.
What we did
We built a mobile app the site team actually uses. An inspector opens a job, works through the checklist, takes photos against each item and types in measurements, all on a phone or a tablet.
Everything is stored on the device first, so a survey can be finished with no signal at all. When the phone next reaches Wi-Fi or 4G, it syncs to the office in the background and the report is ready to read.
The office side runs on the same stack as this website, so the people who built it also host it, secure it and look after it. No third-party app vendor, no per-seat surprise the year after launch.
