The challenge
The agency had a slow, dated website that was awkward to update and slow to load on a phone, which is where most of their buyers were looking. Listings took ages to put live.
Behind the scenes, email was unreliable and staff were never sure whether a message had actually sent or quietly bounced.
What we did
We built a fast new site the team can edit themselves, so a new listing goes live in minutes rather than waiting on an agency.
We rebuilt their email properly with the right records in place, so messages send, arrive and are far less likely to be spoofed. The site and the email are now looked after by the same people, so there is no buck-passing when something needs changing.
We host and maintain it ourselves, which keeps it quick and keeps the agency out of any long-term lock-in.
