Faster, safer systems for a busy lettings agency
We took over the IT for a multi-branch lettings agency, replaced ageing kit, locked down their email and put proper backups in place.

The challenge
The agency ran slow, ageing PCs and an unmanaged server with no real backup. Their email was regularly spoofed in attempts to redirect tenant deposits, which is a serious problem when client money is involved.
Branches could not share data reliably and staff lost time every week to faults that nobody owned.
What we did
We audited the lot, replaced the failing hardware, and moved them onto managed Microsoft 365 with multi-factor authentication and proper email security.
We added automated off-site backup and brought every device under monitoring. Most issues are now caught and fixed before a branch manager even notices.
