Faster, safer systems for a busy lettings agency

We took over the IT for a multi branch lettings agency, replaced ageing kit, locked down their email and put proper backups in place.

The challenge

The agency was running slow, ageing PCs and an unmanaged server, with no real backup and email that was regularly spoofed in attempts to redirect tenant deposits.

Branches could not share data reliably and staff lost time to problems that nobody owned.

What we did

We audited everything, replaced the failing hardware, and moved them onto managed Microsoft 365 with multi factor authentication and proper email security.

We added automated off site backup and brought every device under monitoring, so issues are caught early and fixed fast.
