A field-to-report platform for insurance assessors
A platform that helps an insurance assessment firm capture assessments in the field and turn them into clear reports, with the data kept secure.
The challenge
Assessors were spending as much time on paperwork as on the actual assessment. Notes were captured one way, photos another, and the final report was stitched together later from several files.
The work involves sensitive personal data, so the firm needed something quick to use that also kept that data locked down and easy to account for.
What we did
We built a platform that walks an assessor through a job in a single flow. Details, notes and photos are captured in one place, and the report comes out the other end in a consistent format.
Security was built in from the start rather than bolted on. Access is controlled, data is encrypted, and the whole thing runs on hosting we manage, so there is one team accountable for both the app and the safety of the information in it.
The same people who built it run the support, so a question gets answered by someone who knows the system rather than a ticket queue that has never seen it.
