The challenge
The firm sells to a discerning, high-value client base, so the website had to look the part. The old one did not, and it was slow.
More importantly, a business that handles money and wealthy clients is a target. There were gaps in how email and accounts were protected that a determined attacker would have spotted quickly.
What we did
We designed and built a calm, confident website that matches the standard of the product, fast to load and easy for the team to keep current.
Alongside it we hardened the things that attract attackers. We locked down email against spoofing and impersonation, put multi-factor authentication across every account, and tightened the configuration that most firms leave on default. The site sits behind protection at the edge, so the noise of automated attacks never reaches it.
